Similar to all tyrant in the history, you may call it bad karma, few tyrant are able to escape painful end day suffering.

For example, the Japanese emperor – Hirohito that spark the Sino-Japanese war and world war II, are suffering a prolong medical complication for months.

Mao that spark the gruesome Great Leap Forward and the Cultural Revolution, underwent similar medical torturing before he die.

Sadaam Hussein are luckier, at least the hanging part doesn’t last long.
